With such a significant addition to an already bustling retail space, WS selected trusted partner U.S. Pavement Services as its milling, paving and line striping contractor to upgrade the parking lot and connecting roadways at Redstone. U.S. Pavement’s long standing relationship with Target coupled with our successful track record with WS properties throughout New England made us the natural and smart choice for the job.

Paving at Redstone Shopping Center
Beginning at the centrally located main entrance and continuing down a divided lane that leads directly to the new Target, full mill, repave and stripe scopes have transformed the busy lot into a freshly paved, clearly marked parking, driving and pedestrian space.

Milling at Redstone Shopping Center
During the milling phase two new drains were also installed. In all, this entire project covered 250,000 square feet, requiring 2500 tons of asphalt. The milled asphalt collected on this sizeable project was recycled to create new asphalt.

Completing this large scale commercial project with minimal disruption to the active shopping center was made possible by strategic planning and expert execution.
