The #1 Pavement Contractor in America, U.S. PAVEMENT Services, Inc., is seeking an Ambitious Sales Representative for our Metro Boston territory. This opportunity includes a prime territory, paid training, supplied leads, vehicle allowance, computer and phone, a competitive benefits package and unlimited earning potential. The ideal candidate will be industrious, willing to learn and results driven. Knowledge of the construction and/or paving industry is a plus but not required. Qualifications
- A proven closer with a consistently successful sales track record the past 2 years
- Proficient P.C. skills required, primarily web based applications, Microsoft Office including Outlook, Excel and Word, CRM Software
- Excellent verbal, written communications and presentation skills
- Extensive knowledge of Boston and the immediate surrounding communities
- Pro-active, productive and independent worker with an entrepreneurial drive and spirit
Primary Responsibilities
- Meet and exceed sales objectives while delivering impeccable customer service
- Ownership of the sales process in your designated territory, including follow up of supplied incoming leads, development of new customer leads, fulfillment of orders, value added selling and market intelligence
- Submission of required documentation, including quotes, job bids and budgeting documents, contracts, change orders, job worksheets, sales reports/information requests etc. accurately and in a timely manner
- Work with internal and external teams to facilitate clear and accurate communication between all parties
- Consistent updates of your personal “local knowledge” regarding current marketing conditions, new projects on the horizon and the activities of competitors
- Establish, cultivate and maintain leads and contacts with maintenance professionals and retail and residential property managers through consistent, creative and effective enterprising and networking initiatives

- Base salary plus commission (commission will be over 50% of total compensation)
