U.S. Pavement Services offers national coverage under one management team and brand. We self-perform all work in the Northeast United States and collaborate with industry leaders nationwide under the 800 PAVEMENT brand.

We develop comprehensive parking lot programs and participate in existing RFPs, meeting clients’ needs at any stage of their program development. Our Approach

Reactive Or Repair/Maintenance

U.S. Pavement Services provides immediate coverage and 24-hour response for inevitable potholes or other liability issues that arise. We are experienced in working with many facility management portals including ServiceChannel, WorkOasis, fmPilot, Corrigo, Maximo, Ariba, and more.

Our process includes immediate response to work order requests, effective communication with store-level contacts, and thorough quality control. Our dispatchers are well-versed in the scope of work we perform to provide store-level, district-level, and corporate-level leadership and information.

We understand the need to meet and exceed service-level agreements (SLAs) and measure our own performance internally against key performance indicators on a daily basis. Our entire organization is committed to a two-part goal: (1) no downtime to our customer store locations and (2) beating customer metrics with our own data measurement and performance.

Site Evaluation & Budget Creation

We help assess the immediate and long-term needs of your sites, creating a tiered system for annual parking lot budgets. We gather on-site data (e.g., square footage, stalls, ADA elements) and short-term needs, providing clear diagrams and photos. This information is stored in a web-based system and presented in a proprietary database, enabling the creation of location tiers and budgets. Deliverables are easily shareable and can be used for parking lot program RFPs.

Capital & Project Management

Our team handles all aspects of capital projects, from assessment and bidding to project management, ensuring minimal downtime and proper execution. We have the resources and experience to respond quickly and plan effectively to avoid unforeseen issues.

Consulting & Third Party Oversight

U.S. Pavement Services also has a unique consulting offering. Acting as an owner’s representative, we are able to be the value-added third party in creating RFPs, qualifying participating contractors, reviewing bids, and managing projects with 100% transparency. All charges are negotiated in advance, and our in-house employees oversee on-site work to ensure compliance and quality.

Coordination, Delivery & Quality Control

Our goal is to perform top-quality work with minimal disruption to store operations. We organize pre-construction meetings, phase plans, and track documentation to address issues quickly. Our crews and project managers are trained to work in active store locations, ensuring high-quality results without impacting store operations. Our 20-point project management review covers quality, aesthetics, safety, and customer satisfaction, ensuring continuous improvement and excellence.
